Grand Marketplace is one special (and incredibly large) shop located in the Industrial District near my apartment. It’s only been open since September of last year but seems to have already become an icon of PDX vintage shops. It’s a marketplace that houses treasures and vintage finds from over 20 different vendors making it a fantastic shopping experience each time you go in because there’s always something you didn’t see before. Grand has been one of the first stops I make with my visiting friends and family and Sam and I even got our kitchen table from here. It’s one of those stores that I’ll always leave feeling really inspired.

I’ve been wanting to take a trip to Portland all winter. My husband would loooove this market- thanks for the tip!

A winter trip to Portland would be beautiful but a spring trip would be stunning! The flowers are just starting to bloom–it’s gorgeous!

  • So, it might be a dangerous thing for me to have just stumbled on your blog. Lately I’ve become slightly preoccupied with the idea of moving to Portland, and these photos you’ve posted aren’t going to squash that desire anytime soon. Plus, the latest Buzzfeed quiz told me I belong there. What is the universe trying to tell me? Seriously, though…I look forward to watching from afar as you get cozy in your new city. From everything I’ve heard, it sure looks awesome.

I think the universe is definitely trying to tell you something;) This city is really something special. Thanks for stopping by!
